Egg - 2 pcs.
Minced pork-beef - 400 g
Canned mushrooms - 250 g
Carrot - 1 pc.
Onion - 2 pcs.
Butter - 20 g
Sour cream - 3 tbsp.

Preparation:
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, drain all the liquid and make a puree. Cool down. Sauté the minced meat and 1 finely chopped onion in a skillet until cooked, season with salt and pepper. Cut the mushrooms into strips, peel and grate the carrot, chop the onion finely - lightly fry everything in vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper. Add 1 egg and 1 egg white to the potato puree and mix. In a baking dish greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or semolina, lay out 1/3 of the potato puree, then a layer of minced meat, another layer of puree, then mushrooms with carrots, and finally the remaining puree on top. Mix the yolk, butter, and sour cream until smooth. Slightly salt and spread this mixture over the top of the casserole, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. When serving, drizzle with sour cream or melted butter. Enjoy your meal.
