Quick lavash pie (no need to make dough!)
The pie turns out juicy and very tasty
Ingredients:
• Thin lavash
• Meat (Any..or minced) — 400 g
• Carrot — 1 pc
• Onion
• Herbs
• Kefir — 1.5 cups
• Egg — 1 pc
• Cheese (hard) — 200 g
Preparation:
You can take ready-made minced meat, prepare it as you usually do, or fry the minced meat..or boil a bit and then fry...I like to fry raw meat..then grind it into minced meat...This way it turns out juicier...in our taste tastier.
Cut the meat into small pieces, salt, and pepper. Fry with onion and carrot for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add your favorite spices and a teaspoon of tomato paste.
Grind the meat in a food processor..or pass it through a meat grinder, fry the minced meat

Cool the minced meat and mix it with herbs and grated cheese

Line a baking dish with lavash. Lay the lavash overlapping the edges of the dish.

And place half of the minced meat on the lavash

Mix the kefir with the egg...Tear the lavash into pieces..dip it in kefir

Pieces of lavash soaked in kefir are crumpled and placed on the minced meat


On top...on the crumpled pieces of lavash...the remaining minced meat...

then we cover it all with whole lavash..


We will grease our pie on top with the remaining kefir...and add a few pieces of plastic butter.

We send the pie to the oven for 15-20 minutes..bake at a temperature of 240
