Ingredients
-Mushrooms – 100-150 g,
-onion -
3 pcs.,
-butter – to taste,
-flour – 600 g,
-water – 150
ml,
-eggs – 3 pcs.,
-salt – to taste,
-greens – for
garnish.
Preparation
Boil the prepared mushrooms in salted
water, drain the broth. Finely chop the mushrooms into cubes, mix with finely chopped
onion sautéed in butter.
Knead the dough to a medium thickness,
roll out a sheet 2 mm thick and cut into squares of 5 cm. Lightly brush each
with beaten egg, shape the dumplings. Boil the dumplings, drain in a sieve,
transfer to a pot.
Then dress with melted butter, place in
the oven for 2-3 minutes and serve, garnished with fresh greens.
